Transformer short-circuit impedance tester is developed by our company for measuring low voltage short-circuit impedance of transformer under field and laboratory conditions, the instrument is small in size and light in weight. The instrument adopts voltage and current synchronous AC sampling and digital signal processing technology, the measurement data is accurate. For three-phase transformers, the instrument can adopt three-phase simultaneous testing and split-phase testing methods to test the transformer.
Low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement is the basic project in the transformer routine test project, by comparing the short-circuit impedance value measured before and after the impact of short-circuit current on the transformer, it can be preliminarily estimated the degree of deformation of the winding. Low-voltage short-circuit impedance test is the most direct method to identify whether the winding is deformed after the transformer is impacted by short-circuit current in operation, or after the transformer is impacted by mechanical force in transport and installation, it is also one of the bases for judging whether the transformer can be put into operation or not, and also judging whether the transformer is required to be dismantled for inspection.
DR-H type transformer short-circuit impedance tester is the instrument developed by our company for low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement of transformer under field and laboratory conditions, which is small in size and light in weight. The instrument adopts voltage and current synchronous AC sampling and digital signal processing technology, the measurement data is accurate. For three-phase transformer, the instrument can adopt three-phase simultaneous test and split-phase test method to test the transformer: three-phase simultaneous test adopts three-phase power supply, which can directly measure the three-phase parameters; split-phase test adopts single-phase power supply, which automatically converts the three-phase parameters after measuring the corresponding phases in turn. For single-phase transformer, the instrument has single-phase transformer test function, which can directly test its impedance parameters. Instrument built-in non-power-down memory, long-term storage of measurement data, the instrument comes with a printer, a large LCD screen, all Chinese menus and operating tips, simple and intuitive operation.
