RBX-H transformer winding deformation tester can make accurate judgment on transformer internal faults by adopting the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method which is currently being developed and perfected by developed countries in the world according to the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the internal winding of the transformer.
After the design and manufacture of a transformer is completed, its coil and internal structure are determined, so for a multi-winding transformer coil, if the voltage level is the same and the winding method is the same, the corresponding parameters (Ci, Li) of each coil should be determined. Therefore, the frequency domain characteristic response of each coil is also determined, and the frequency spectrum between the corresponding three-phase coils is comparable.
Transformer in the test process occurs between the turn, phase short circuit, or in the transportation process of the impact, resulting in the relative displacement of the coil, as well as operation in the short-circuit and fault state due to electromagnetic tension caused by the deformation of the coil, will make the transformer winding distribution parameters change. This in turn affects and changes the original frequency domain characteristics of the transformer, i.e., amplitude changes in frequency response and resonance frequency shift. And according to the response analysis method developed RBX-H transformer winding frequency response tester, is such a novel transformer internal fault non-destructive testing equipment. It is applicable to the internal structure fault detection of 63kV~500kV power transformer.
HYRBX-H Transformer Winding Deformation Tester is to quantify the response changes of transformer internal winding parameters in different frequency domains, and then determine the degree of changes of transformer internal winding according to the size of the change value, the magnitude of the frequency response change, the area and the trend of the frequency response change, and then judge whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and needs overhaul according to the measurement results.
