Transformer DC resistance test is the important project during transformer commissioning,change tap swtich.
Following transformer handover, overhaul, and tap changer replacement, a dc resistance test of the transformer windings is a crucial test item. It is feasible to assess the quality of the leads' welding or connections, determine whether the transformer windings have inter-turn shorts or open circuits, and determine whether the tap-changer is making good contact by measuring the DC resistance of the windings. In the past, direct resistance was measured using the QJ44 dual-arm bridge. Because of this bridge type's Ma level measurement current, measuring direct resistance requires a lot of time and has poor precision. The ZZC-2A DC resistance quick tester was created to address these issues, decrease measurement times, and lighten the load on testers.
The DC resistance speed measuring instrument is a high-precision replacement product to replace the DC single and double arm bridge. The instrument adopts advanced switching power technology, its measurement speed is more than 100 times faster than the bridge, the display part by four and a half LCD liquid crystal display measurement results, three and a half LCD liquid crystal display environmental temperature or test current value, overcome the shortcomings of other similar products by LED display value in the sun inconvenient reading, and has the function of automatic arc eliminating. The instrument has the advantages of fast measuring speed, high precision, intuitive display, strong anti-interference ability, small size, power saving, stable and reliable test data, not affected by human factors and so on. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery pack (12V), which can be used both AC and DC to facilitate field and field testing.
