Pilot frequency dielectric loss tester is a high-precision testing instrument for testing dielectric loss tangent value and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in the field or laboratory of power plant, substation, etc. The instrument is an integrated structure with a built-in bridge for dielectric loss testing. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency regulator power supply, step-up transformer and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The test high voltage source is generated by the inverter inside the instrument and used for the test of the test specimen after being boosted by the transformer. The frequency can be changed to 50Hz, 47.5Hz\52.5Hz, 45Hz\55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5Hz, 55Hz\65Hz, adopting the digital trap technology, avoiding the interference of the industrial frequency electric field on the test, and fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under the interference of the strong electric field. At the same time, it is suitable for the occasion of testing with generator power supply after all power failure. The instrument is equipped with insulating oil cup and temperature control device to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
